Your makeup brush has a big effect on the finish of your eyeshadow, here’s a glimpse at some of the effects you can achieve with the right brush.

The Pure Sable Eye Brush

One of the top selling Lily Lolo makeup brushes, the Pure Sable Brush is made from fine sable hair and is perfect for applying a wash or base of mineral eyeshadow. Swirl the brush around picking up plenty of product and apply by dabbing and sweeping the colour across the lid.

The Blending Brush

Lily Lolo’s blending brush has soft and flexible bristles, making it perfect for blending two or more colours together. Apply two colours side by side on the lid, and use the Blending Brush in soft circular motions to blend the two (or three) together.

The Smudge Brush

Perhaps one of the best tools in the Lily Lolo brush collection, the Smudge Brush can be used to apply eyeshadow for a stronger and more vibrant finish. Dip the brush into the powder and then press the brush onto the skin transferring the product. It’s especially great for applying highlighter to the inner corners of the eye.

The Eyeliner brush

Did you know that loose mineral powders can also be applied wet? Simply dampen the Lily Lolo Eyeliner Brush and dip into the powder, swirl into a light paste in the lid of the jar and then apply directly to the eyelid, as close to the lashes as possible. It’s a great tool for creating different liner finishes.
