Summer Essentials eyeshadow collection – our top application tips
Lily Lolo
The Summer Essentials palette works fabulously as a summer colour combination as the new shades sit perfectly alongside each other, so that a look can be put together with just one shade, two, three or even all four colours together.
For an understated daytime look, Vanilla Shimmer as a base colour, with Miami Taupe adding depth is a perfect combination, as is a base of Vanilla Shimmer with Honey Peach emphasising the inner and outer corners for a truly barely there, but softly shimmering finish.
For a stronger look, try a base of Miami Taupe, shading the outer corners with Moonlight; another gorgeous combination.
Additionally, highlighting the inner corners with Vanilla Shimmer gives an even more glamorous finish.
For the utmost golden goddess look, combine a Honey Peach base with Moonlight shading, resulting in a lovely warm glow perfect for the summer.

I particularly love the Moonlight/Miami Taupe and Honey Peach/Vanilla Shimmer combinations! Is it possible to buy all four of the new shades in a kit, or only in kits of three?

Hi Beth,
You can buy them as a three in the Eye Spy kit, or in the Be Dazzled kit as two with a blush and lipgloss

Hi!
Is Moonlight more of a reddish brown or a greyish brown? I cannot tell the exact colour from my laptop screen, so it would be nice if you could help me. Reddish browns make me look sick and red eyed, so this is quite important to me. Thanks!

Hi Paula,
Moonlight has warm shimmering undertones so we’d probably class it as a warm brown rather than grey, hope that helps you
