Mineral Foundation SPF 15

I used to use bareMinerals but found there were no good colors for my complexion(fair with yellow undertones). Also an hour in I found that the foundation started to itch, skin got slightly irritated and flakey. Not as much with this one. I've only tried it during the really cold and dry months and with a good moisturizer and regular exfoliation it looks really nice with only a slight flakeyness to the nose which is logical because I have dry to normal sensitive skin.This foundation will be suitable for most of the year except during winter.

I suffer with eczema on my face. I have tried every type and brand of foundation going and even tried the stupidly expensive brands of mineral powders and each and every one of them has caused my face to become red, dry, flaky and even on some occasions with certain brands blistered! This has NEVER happened with lillilolo! It really is a 'miracle' foundation for people with real skin problems! And it's perfectly priced too! Thank you for making me more confident and happier in my every day makeup!

I've been using LilyLolo for a few years, and it's by far the best foundation I've ever used. It feels great & doesn't feel 'caked on' like a lot of foundations do. I spent £60 on MAC foundation to see if I could do better, but hated it. I gave it all to a friend and went straight back to Lily Lolo. I get lots of compliments using this - my own mother didn't realise I was wearing foundation it looks that natural! I couldn't recommend this product more!

I just love this shade! It's just perfect for my skin. It looks so natural and covers nicely.

This product is a lifesaver for me as I have broken veins and redness around my nose area, So I use this first to tone down and hide the redness, then use my main foundation either China doll or Blondie depending on the seasons over the top and the rest of the face, tried the green cover up but it doesn't work for me, this is absolutely perfect.

I've really struggled to find a foundation that matches my pale skin but Porcelain and China Doll are brilliant. Porcelain even borders on too light but I can get away with it. It gives great coverage over my red cheeks when used with Blush Away Corrector and seems to look even better as the day goes by. It doesn't fade or anything. The downside is that I have some very dry patches and this foundation makes it even more obvious. I do moisturize before applying but it doesn't always work out. I imagine this product would be amazing on normal or even oily skin.

If you normally go for YSL, Estee, Clarins, skii, kanebo etc. don't waste your time. If you buy your makeup from the drugstore this might be a good option. Personally, couldn't get it off quick enough and YES, I DO know how to put mineral makeup on properly! Chalky, patchy, colour changes wildly if skin is oily. Never tried anything this cheap since I was 13 and couldn't afford anything better...

I've tried many different foundations over the years but I have to say that nothing matches Lily Lolo mineral foundation. It covers my combination skin beautifully

I had always been a bit sceptical about mineral foundations, wondering if the coverage would be as good, I needn't have been. After trying a few sample pots to get the correct shade, I chose blondie and suits me perfectly, even my husband thought so! It lasts the entire day, my t-zone has less shine and looks natural as opposed to caked. I have mild rosacea and enlarged pores on my cheeks and it covers both really well. A true convert to mineral foundation.

I chose this product because it doesn't block pores and is a sunblock. It was over the internet, so I had no clue if it would be good at all and if I chose the right color. To my surprise, the color was perfect and I was extremely surprised at how amazing this foundation is. I figured a powder wouldn't really cover much, but it does without making you look like you actually applied one. I am super happy with this product and now have converted two friends to it. I also Blush Away and PeepO, but haven't tested them yet.

Love this powder. Coverage is great, blends perfectly and has a nice finish. Can't complain about the price either. Please, please PLEASE bring out a pressed version soon:)

After spending alot of money on many different foundations I think I have finally found one that is worth the money, love this mineral powder foundation. I suffer with oily skin that's made worse by make up but this product is fab,, it stays in place and lasts which is fantastic. Thank you. X

I honestly can't say how great this is! Perfect colour ,after many years of searching for a pale enough foundation, natural and animal friendly, to top it all off its cleared my skin up fantastically! Oh and the customer service is just great too super fast delivery (took literaly 1 day!) and a very reasonable price As well! Please never stop making this it's just the best , I've recommended it to just about everyone I know I just can't fault it!

For so many years I've been looking for the perfect foundation. I was sceptic about the mineral foundation, almost everyone prefers the liquid foundation, but I think that's the BEST. Not too much coverage, I can't feel it in my face. I've never tested yet its duration, but I don't rate the foundation on how much they last because almost every foundation don't last all day... Keep going Lily Lolo, I'll recommend you to all my friends!

I have a troubled skin what with dermatitis, dry patches and now in my 40's rosacea to add to it all. I have given up using premium brands from the high street department stores as they seem to aggravate the rosacea. I used blondie foundation a couple of years ago on my english rose complexion and found it just that bit too dark or yellow. Well done Lily Lolo for bringing out my perfect match, China Doll. It is a blend for me of porcelain and blondie and covers my pigmentation very well if built in layers or if applied more quickly with my new flocked sponge that I really like. Thank you Lily Lolo you have no idea how much better my skin looks and feels. x T

I bought some samples and was so excited when i found out butterscotch was the perfect shade for my olive toned skin,but then applying i noticed that the product was all lumps and because of that didn't gave me a natural look,leaving trails or foundation on my face instead! Since i started using make up i've alwyas used mineral foundation and during winter i like to apply mine with a wet kabuki brush for a flawless effect that don't dry my skin,with this foundation i couldn't because the powder was all lumps and my skin looked awfully patchy. i'm so disappointed because i really expected a more fine powder as i was used with bare minerals,but i'm not sure if the product is really like that or just because was a sample.

I discovered lily lolo foundation a few years ago and have never looked back.. I am very pale and have dry skin, I spent a lot of time and money trying different types of foundations, from high street brands to designer, but nothing suited me correctly, or lasted all day. I stumbled across lily lolo's site and tried some samples at first. The china doll shade is absolutely perfect for me, it matches so well, lasts all day and gives a flawless finish. A tiny bit goes a very long way so the pot lasts ages! I couldn't recommend this product any more, it's brilliant!

Just wanted to add to an earlier glowing thanks/review - I'd hate to see some big-pharma-owned beauty giant buy you out and repackage the brand as a nano-engineered wonder product, under a glossy label and at four times the price. You deserve a huge following, but please don't go L'Oreal on us!

I've been using LL for three years, and feel slightly criminal not to have posted a review sooner. The foundation 'wears' feathery light, but gives wonderful imperfection-diffusing coverage - I find it makes the difference between being naggingly distracted by skin-consciousness, and just feeling like a lovelier version of myself. Only problem I ever experience is with hasty application: an overloaded brush can airbrush features until it's eerie - but that's pure user error. LL team: I hope it feels great to be so good at what you do!

How refreshing, to find a foundation which is light and non-clogging but which gives my skin the helping hand it needs. It's unusual to find a foundation to suit my very pale skin, too - the Porcelain shade is just right! And it's helping calm down the adult acne I'm plagued with. Just to say thankyou, I'm really pleased I stumbled across your site. I have super sensitive skin and the foundation I've been using for years has now been discontinued. I've been trying to find something that doesn't irritate to no avail. I tried another well known brand of mineral makeup as I'd heard that its good for sensitive skin but still came out in redness,stinging and rash. I tried your foundation as last resort ans as you have sample sizes didn't have much to lose. I'm so glad I did, I love it!!! There's no irritation at all! I think it actually has calmed my skin! Also the shade popsicle is just right for me, people have commented on my skin. Thankyou so much!!! Good work. :)

I'm not the sort of person who usually writes reviews- in fact I never have in my life! I am a serial review reader, I research things to the max before I buy. I'd been looking for a mineral make up for over month, geekily reading review after review.. Going and having consultations and trying testers all over the show and one name that kept popping up on mineral reviews was the wonderful lily lolo. So I bit the bullet and thought, even if it's no good £1.30 for a tester ain't bad!!! And I am hooked!! It's fantastic! My akin has never looked better (with or without the make up on)!! I had to write a review as I am so impressed with lily lolo foundation. I have tried many! lily lolo makes my skin look glowy(sorry dewy)fresh and youthfull.I have to keep "going past the mirror" just to check I havn't dreamt it! The sample pots are a brilliant idea and the range of colours for us pale girls is so much better than other brands.For many years I struggled to find a neutral based pale foundation that was not too yellow- blondie is perfect!! I am 43 and quite new to idea of mineral foundation-lily lolo doesn't sit in those pesky little eye lines and lasts ALL day.Of course I'd love keep the LL secret to myself but my husband keeps telling me I'm looking so much younger with no makeup on; Ha Ha- Bless Him!

I've never tried mineral makeup and to be honest, I was pretty skeptical. I'm seriously impressed with Lily Lolos mineral makeup - it covers so well that you will not believe it until you try it :) I have freckles and breakouts here and there, but the foundation (blondie) and the matte setting powder alone, gives me a great coverage! I'm really exited to buy the full sizes and the concealer too.

I was looking for a mineral foundation that would be natural in both ingredients and the look when applied. I had hoped that my skin would get some rest from chemicals in make up. I ordered the Lily Lolo foundation from this website and the overseas delivery exceeded my expectations with its speed and compact packaging (=no trips to the mail office as in my country smaller packages are delivered straight to your home mail box). The product has a beautiful, creamy-looking finish when applied. However, for my skin with its acne-ridden blemishes, the coverage wasn't enough. When layered multiple times, the finish became very mask-like and still didn't cover even the faintest of my blemishes. The worst thing about this foundation is the constant burning on my skin, the tight, cakey feel of it, and the messy, dusty application (all of these compared to two other mineral make up brands I've used previously). Break-outs on my skin have multiplied exponentially since I started wearing this product three weeks ago. Based on ALL other user experiences I've heard about this product, I think the problem is my skin, not this product. I just wanted to tell my experience.

I have combination skin and this foundation lasts all day and is so comfortable to wear. I use the China Doll shade and matte finishing powder if required. After using a famous 'double wear light' product for several years, I was starting to find my liquid foundation was settling in my 'laughter' lines! The lady at the famous counter suggested their mineral makeup (which was over twice the price of LL.) I did some research on line and LL kept coming up with good reviews. So, I bought several LL testers (a brilliant idea) and absolutely LOVE it! I would suggest reading the LL blog about skin tone, it will help you get the right tone for you. LL is long lasting, gives perfect coverage, and feels great.

Before finding Lily Lolo I was never able to wear foundation daily. Other brands always left me feeling like I was wearing a mask which then needed a load more make up to define my features. A quick sweep of Lily Lolo foundation evens out my skin tone but still lets my features shine through. I can build up the layers if I want heavier coverage. My first tub has lasted me about 9 months of weekday use, I have just recieved my second tub which was despatched the same day as ordering and arrived the following day. Long live Lily Lolo x

i searched for long time to find foundation that properly matched my skin tone and about a year ago, i finally found lily lolo. i started off wearing 'blondie' but recently i've decided 'china doll' is a much better suit - and it is PERFECT. not only does it give great coverage, but it is so smooth to apply (never looks cakey) and my skin reacts well with it - when i remove it, i'm starting to look much clearer and healthier than i did with other makeup brands. paired with a finishing powder, it lasts the whole day.

Arrived the next day, packaged lovely and secure. Non messy compact and easy to apply. Amazing coverage, light weight, will be buying more!!

I cannot wear foundation as my skin is covered with flaky, dry, psoriasis patches. I have very pale skin neither pinkish nor yellow. At 44 I also find my skin quite dry and with fine lines but want a heavier coverage over red cheeks. What a relief! For the first time EVER, I have found a foundation that doesn't itch / flake off / look as if I have been tangoed and I genuinely don't feel it is on during the day. I tried the sample sizes in all of the palest colours and found that 1) the foundation suited my skin 2) that Porcelain is a great colour for me and 3) I didn't feel the need to scratch / wipe off the foundation during the day. I clean my face with Simple cleansing lotion and then massage a thin cover of rosehip oil over my face. When this is well massaged in, I blot the surface with a tissue and then apply the Porcelain powder with the large Kabuki Brush. I tap some powder into the lid, fill up the brush and then tap the powder on my cheeks, chin and nose before buffing in a circular movement. I then use the corner of the Flocked Sponge to pick up powder and work into any areas that need extra cover. It really does last all day and feels super comfortable for me. It is a good price for a fantastic, British made, pure product.

I've only been using foundation for the past few years and had been mainly using liquid vareties, but had found that this rarely gave enough coverage over the rosacea on my cheeks and had a tendency to 'slide' if worn all day. I'd actually given up wearing make-up on a daily basis until a friend recommended Lily Lolo mineral foundation but now I'm a total convert! Finally a foundation that stays put all day, covers my rosacea without causing a flare-up and doesn't feel like I'm wearing a mask. And the shades are fantastic - I'm very pale and have found it difficult to match my skin in the past, but Porcelain is just perfect! And as a bonus, using mineral foundation has seen a massive improvement in my rosacea. So glad I took the plunge and ordered from Lily Lolo. :)

I have just recently changed from a liquid foundation to the Lily Lolo product and am very impressed with the results! The liquid foundation I had been using just left me with a caked-on feeling and gave me bad, oily skin prone to spots. After using Lily Lolo, I have found that my skin has cleared up enormously and has lost that greasy appearance. It is so good to finally use a make-up product that makes my skin look and feel great. I've just made the switch from a well known brand for which I used pretty much everything in their makeup line - the most difficult to replace... liquid foundation and pressed powder. I only switched because they decided to start testing on animals, but I'm so glad I did and I wish I'd done it sooner! Not only is Lily Lolo cruelty free, but their mineral foundation is amazing, it goes on so well with a kabuki and last really well. I moisturise very well before I put this on though, and overnight I use Jojoba oil to make sure my skin is hydrated really well...I haven't witnessed any flaky areas, and I feel so clean and non-cakey! My boyfriend even says I look prettier and fresher! Such a beautiful natural look and you barely need to use any. I'm super happy!! Oh, and I wore this with the finishing powder (also GORGEOUS) to a party and it stayed on aaaall night long, like Lionel Richie baby. I'm in love with you Lily Lolo. Be my wife.

I recieved my order for 'Porcelain' and the Flocked Sponge today and I couldn't be happier! The minerals feel really nice on my face and skin plus my spots have been going away! Bonus! Porcelain is perfect for my skin and it makes me feel a lot better about myself since I'm very self concious about how bad my skin is at the moment. Very quick shipping too! It was here within 2 days and everything was well protected.

I have recently started using Lily Lolo again after a year of using a liquid foundation. I ordered a sample of Porcelain and it's perfect for those with very pale skin, it matches me perfectly. I've been looking for a light, easy foundation to wear around school since I have very oily skin and I find it very embarrasing; especially when other classmates comment upon it. I also have quite bad acne too which make me very self concious. After being recommend this foundation by my local beautician I ordered some online and was quickly converted into a Lily Lolo fan! This coverage is better than anything else I have used, you need only the smallest amount of minerals to achieve whole coverage. I now recommend this foundation to everyone!

I have been using your mineral foundation for a while now and I have to say it's the best foundation I have ever used and i have tried alot of different, expensive foundations over the years. I was wary of using a powder instead of liquid but I needn't have been as it gives good coverage as well as looking natural and is easy to apply with the kabuki brush. Another plus point is that is doesn't clog your pores like a lot of foundations and since using this product my spots have almost disappeared. Definitely a must buy product!

I went for ivory. Not only is it a colour that is actually the right tone for my skin - pale enough and not too yellow - it give the best, most natural-looking base I've ever had. Works well for everything from casual makeu-up to club wear.

I AM a 26 yesr old male. One day, my sister and I were going through my party pictures. My sister pointed out how 'shinny', 'manly', 'oily', etc. my face looks... I could finally see what is the fuss with foundations for gals about. I did my research and I decided to buy a kabuki brush and a foundation sample. Yes, it was a magical moment! I have been using mineral foundation for as long as I can remember and always had to mix to "try" to get the right shade. Your Barely Buff is a perfect match for me! I love how it also doesn't look like I am wearing makeup. It doesn't stick to the tiny hairs on my face as other kinds do and the finish is more creamy and not dry or cakey. This is by far THE best mineral foundation I have come across and I have tried a lot! Thanks for making a great product! Since I received my samples I have ordered a full size along with the finishing powder. I know I'll be purchasing other items as well and can't wait to try them!

Butterscotch is the perfect tone for my my hard to match skin, it is yellowed based and on my medium tan skin works perfectly, it perhaps appears a touch too light but after 15 mins the colour adapts to enhance my olive skin and stays colour true all day. The colour is seamless down onto my neck and for me this is the first foundation I have found that has 0 pink. Great for mediterranean or Asian skin tones.

Lilylolo foundation is by far the best I've ever tried and inexpensive too ! I have acne and very oily skin and this covers everything giving an even complexion and a blowy look without cakiness. I have tried 5 different colours in sample sizes to find the perfect shade for me but they all seem to blend well with my ski tone , so easy to use and leave my skin matte and soft . Can't recommend this highly enough especially when applied with the kabuki brush

Having used a very well know American brand of mineral makeup for many years, I started using this brand just over a year ago. The products are fantstic and I now don't bother using Bare Minerals anymore! I have very fair skin and use Porcelain and China Doll. The coverage is excellent and the price is great.

Order yesterday come this morning quick delivery,so surprised with the coverage for just a small amount Love the sieve container with the option of closing one side don't get this with SheerCover Price is the best for a good quality mineral foundation and last but not least the difficult I find to find a shade to match my skin colour (I'm mixed race ) has been great but with lily Lola is was easy with the sample pots my best match was Saffron because I have yellow undertones. Somebody recommended this foundation to me it destroyed my skin gave me blackhead's whitehead's came out with really bad acne now am seeing dermatolgist please beware im feeling so crap and sad now am using mac.

Lily Lolo has the best foundation and the best mineral foundation that I have ever tried. I need good coverage and i want to do it fast without spreading the dust in the air. I put litte amount of powder on the lid, then i drop couple drops of water with my fingers. Then I mix them with a sponge and apply it on my face just like I would apply liquid foundation. It is fast way to get a good coverage without powder flying everywhere.

I have actually found the right colour for my skin on Lily Lolo - I have always found this very difficult with other brands - and I've tried many. As important I get a nice natural looking finish that evens out my skin without looking too made up and stays in place until I take it off. And the benefits of minerals and an SPF factor. Very good product

I've spent so much money trying to find the right foundation that won't turn my face red, break out, settle into find lines, dry out or make my face itchy. Unitl now. I'm so glad that I found this website. I was looking for chemical free cosmetics when I came across this site. Decided to give it a try in hopes I wouldn't be disappointed once again. What a gorgeous product! Excellent coverage, really easy to apply, stays put for absolutely ages and looks really healthy and natural. I will never go back to liquid fountations again!

I initially ordered the Lily Lolo Hot chocolate shade as I was a bit apprehensive that the other shades wouldn't match my darker skin tone. However I found the shade too dark for me and ordered a cinnamon sample. I now love the product and will definitely be using it again, unlike previous foundations which tended to clump onto dryer areas Lily Lolo gives me an even spread with a long last. The price is also very good in comparison to other mineral makeup foundations, I definitely recommend this product.

My friend recommended Lily Lolo after I told her my skin always itches and flares up with the usual cosmetic brands. I ordered a good number of sample pots (she said Cookie, so I ordered 1 step lighter and darker) and finally found the right shade - In The Buff! The sample pots are a great help. The foundation stays on all day. I have very oily skin, and by 6 hours of wearing, there was a shine, but nothing a quick touch up couldn't fix. The foundation is super silky and rich - and surprisingly when I took it all off tonight, my skin seems to have gotten better than it was this morning. Wonderful! The kabuki brush is THE best value brush I've found out there that has a 5 star rating! (Other brands are double this, so I was very very happy.) It is a good size and is so lovingly soft to use. Very glad I did not hold off buying. I'm going to order the full size once I've saved up a bit of cash. And I will definitely be recommending this product!:)

The products arrived the day after I placed the order, so delivery is second to none. This foundation makes my complexion look flawless and gives superb coverage. Im a dedicated power walker and find that liquid foundations just sink in. Lily Lolo went the distance and looked good all day. It's a quality product and is beautifully packaged. Its far superior to Bare Minerals and is more realistically priced. You will not be disappointed.

I ordered a sample pot of China Doll which arrived very quickly indeed - off to a good start. The colour was not quite right so I am happy that the same pots are available. I am 1/4 Chinese and I have quite pale slightly yellow tinted skin so this shade was slightly too pale. I did actually go to work wearing China Doll as the match wasn't so bad that people would easily notice and I wanted to test it out. I can confirm that I was extremely pleased with it's durability. Make-up went on at 7am and by 1pm it was still looking good with a slight shine on my T-zone. By 7pm it was slightly more shiny but again it was nothing to stress about. Nothing that a slight dusting touch-up couldn't fix I'm sure. After this, I looked at the reviews and decided that I would bite the bullet and order a full pot of the next shade up, Blondie which arrived today. It's a perfect match and I'm very please indeed.

I ordered a sample of china doll and also blondie foundations, both are amazing! I have tried powder, liquid & mousse foundations, none have really been right for me, i am either an orangey colour or look way too pale, also I find that I either dont have enough coverage or it looks caked on, nothing ever looked right. But this foundation is perfect! Enough coverage without being heavy. I have already had compliments on my skin and how healthy I look - I am pale so unless I wear a lot of makeup I usually tend to look quite ill and washed out. I am definitely converted to Lily Lolo and will be telling my friends. =) x

I have always struggled to find a foundation right for my skin tone, I have pale skin but I also get redness around my nose and chin and I find this shade is absolutely perfect. I've used this for a year now and I don't think I'll ever go back to another foundation. This covers beautifully and it doesn't feel like there's make up on my face. I'm a sweaty person and this foundation does not clog up my pores and stays put all day even with a lot sweating. I just love it.

This works brilliantly on my skin. Can't fault it. I originally chose the 'Blondie' shade - very nice, but in photos of myself I noticed it was ever so slightly too dark for my complexion. Switched to 'China Doll' and it's perfect. The best match I've ever found. Sometimes in the winter I worry that using powder can be a bit drying for the skin, but you just have to increase the amount of moisturiser you use. In the spring/summer/autumn, mineral powder is perfect for me. I really don't think I will ever switch brands because of the colour match and finish you get with LL. I'd also like to say in general what great customer service LL have. They dispatch your order within hours of you placing it, and you therefore often get it the very next day, without having to pay the ridiculous "next day delivery" fees most online retailers ask. Great company - deserves to do really well.

I had tried this product over a year ago and then ran out so I decided to try the Body Shops own mineral makeup as I didn't have a lily lolo stockist near me. I wish I hadnt. I broke out all over and as it was so bad I thought it was hormonal. I came back to Lily Loly and within a day my skin was better. This product is light, gives great coverage and great if you have oily, sensitive or spotty skin. It wont clog pores and has helped my skin clear up. I use the cover up too for under the eyes and for any blemishes. I would recommend these products to anyone.

At first I was really sceptical. I have always used liquid foundation so I thought there was NO way a powder could stay on my skin on its own. I was so wrong. I absolutely love this product! It's airy, scentless, light and perfect. If you need more coverage you should maybe get the concealer as well.

When comparing lily lolo foundation with bare minerals i must say lily lolo is by far better. First of all it is less expensive and is a much larger product than that of bare minerals. Furthermore it has a wider colour range to match skin tone. When i tried it on it gives much better coverage and doesnt cause breakouts. I have oily acne prone skin and this is by far the best foundation i have ever used. I have never reviewed a product in my life but i had to review this product.. Great quality great price great service. I highly recommend.

Definitely the best foundation I've tried, and I've tried a lot of them! I was really dubious about using a powder based foundation so was pleasantly surprised at how well it covers. It doesn't look 'powdery' - it just blends in. Love it.

I started off with samples of Porcelain and China Doll. I have fair skin, which is oily and prone to hormonal acne. I think Porcelain will be my winter shade, but right now the China Doll is so so perfect! I ordered a full size pot and I use it every day. It's soft, creamy and blends so smooth, I layer it to cover problem areas and it still looks natural. Love it.

I am absolutely delighted with this foundation - the colour is perfect form my fair, freckly warm complexion, and it stays put even in warm weather. I watched the video and followed the instructions ending up with a virtually flawless finish that didn't even look like I had foundation on. Wonderful product - do yourself a favour and get some.

Lily Lolo is the first make up I ever bought, I was afraid to look cakey or to have a problem with the smell/perfume. I'm in my 40s and have a very high red cheek colour, mainly caused by a lifetime outdoors and lots of tiny threadveins. I have NEVER found a foundation that I like, until I tried LL Minerals - it's so easy to apply and blends so well over my natural high colour without making me look too ghostly. I use together with LL's green colour correction powder. Fabulous. Can't recommend highly enough. I'll never use anything else.

I have problem skin - it's sensitive, prone to both acne breakouts and peeling which makes applying foundation quite tricky. I am also a redhead with exceptionally fair skin yet with yellow undertones which means that finding a foundation the correct colour is almost impossible as most fair shades come out quite pink. However, Porcelain is absolutely perfect for me. It's light and natural and genuinely doesn't look as though I'm wearing any make-up, even when I layer it to cover over any blemishes. It doesn't cause my skin to break and peel the way many other foundations have done. And the colour is almost perfect! I'm okay with the almost, believe me, the nearest shades to me in any other company are a long way off. I just wish I'd heeded other pale girls' advice long ago and tried out Lily Lolo. I could have saved myself a lot of money in trying out many different brands that ended up in the bin.

I have pale skin with freckles and pink undertones and have tried a huge range of liquid foundations in every price bracket but as most have yellow undertones, I have never found one to match my skintone. Not only that, I hate the feeling of liquid foundation on the skin. Due to this I have beem using a liquid concealer where needed and Lily Lolo Waikiki bronzer for years but recently my skin has needed more coverage than that. I decided to order Lily Lolo foundation in 'Candy Cane' as it specifically stated it was for pink undertones and it is a perfect match for my skintone. It allows me to build up the coverage to the level I require but doesn't feel like I am wearing a mask. My skin looks naturally flawless and not like I am wearing make-up. Another excellent point was that my delivery arrived the next day from ordering. Thank you.

This is THE best foundation ive tried yet and not just because its mineral powder because ive used other brands before but i found them very drying. Lily Lolo seems to have a softer effect and doesn't dry my skin out too much. I have spot prone combination skin and i find that many liquid foundations cause me to break out so the powder works a treat to balance the oils in my skin. It works a lot better if you moisturise prior to application and let it fully absorb to prevent any dryness. I ordered the ready set glow kit in light in order to choose my shade and found that Blondie and China Doll suit my pale complexion best. The coverage is adequate for my freckly skin without looking over done but blemishes require a little bit more. Im going to try the corrector in Blush Away for my dark circles though as they are quite dark and didn't cover well. All round an amazing product for my skin type. Highly recommended!

Lily Lolo mineral foundation is my favourite make-up product ever! I suffer from spots and this foundation gives them good coverace even though it's really light. The shade Popcorn is perfect for my pale/medium skin. In summer when I'm tanned I use the darker shade Warm Honey which I ordered as sample size. I love this mineral foundation because it's light and easy to apply. Once I've tried this mineral foundation, there's no coming back to liquid foundations! This foundation is also affordable and one pot lasts long. I also appreciate Lily Lolo as the products are not tested on animals.

As a mid-20's girl I've been searching for the perfect foundation since my teens. Usually they're too orange, too greasy or patchy on my skin. I was given a Lily Lolo sample by a friend and haven't looked back. (The sample pots are such a good idea.) The China Doll and Blondie shades suit me well and a little product goes a long way and is easy to apply. (I apply with a travel retractable kabuki, Lily Lolo don't have a travel kabuki brush yet, maybe in the future??) The foundation feels light and breathable but still provides good balance in terms of coverage and staying power. The foundation itself (probably due to the zinc oxide and the breathable nature of the foundation) has calmed my hormonal acne and I think helps lessen the redness of my old acne scars too. Friends and family have complimented me on my improved skin. I'm now slowly exploring the rest of the Lily Lolo range. Next step; eye shadows!

I bought a tester pot of this after using expensive cream foundations for years. I had never found a foundation light enough for my skin before so I tried this, in all honestly, not expecting much. This has been the first mineral foundation I have used; needless to say, I adore it! I have long suffered acne-ridden skin and am currently on medication to get rid of the cystic acne. I was looking for something incredibly gently that I would feel confident wasn't going to do more harm than good. But that also was going to provide a good coverage. This foundation tops the mark! The coverage is very easy to build upon and easily covers dark blemishes. I use a medium kabuki brush to apply and have found the best way to do this is use a little bit of product a time until I have optimum coverage. Another positive of this foundation is the colour range! I am incredibly pale and have found, with nearly ALL makeup brands' (high street or designer) palest shades always look orange on me. If you aren't sure what shade you will match, order a few testers to get your started and build your collection from there! I am impossibly impressed by this makeup brand and urge everyone to give it a go!

I started using this a few years back, after trying a mineral poweder advertised on TV. They didn't have the clours for paler skin tones, and frankly, they didn't feel as sheer as Lily Lolo. I've noticed an improvement in my skin, too. It's much calmer, less greasy, and less prone to break-outs.

Delighted to find a matte mineral foundation at last! It goes on beautifully, feels light on the face, but still manages to even out the tone on my slightly veiny skin.tone. As there are so many shades, I would recommend going to a local stockist if you can, to find the perfect colour for your skin. (The Lili Lolo lady at Coco Red in New Milton was really helpful - thanks to her I've got a perfect match, although quite different to the shade I thought I needed!)

I have very pale porcelain skin which never tans. I use the Porcelain and China Doll foundations and think they cannot be beaten. Much, much better in my opinion than BE foundations. They are just the right shade and are so creamy when applied. Would now not use anything else.

My latest order has arrived today, quicker than I expected. I've been using the foundation (current shade Barely Buff) for a good few years now and I am so happy with it. I must admit I did briefly defect and try an Une pressed foundation, partly because I was lured by the shiny compact and partly because I thought it might be easier to carry round when I'm out. It was - until I dropped it and the powder 'broke up'. Anyhow, it was not a patch on Lily Lolo: turns out it contains bismuth and is more expensive. So I promise not to stray again :) All of your products that I have tried are excellent quality and value for money and make my skin look better than anything else. So thank you, thank you, and please keep on doing what you're doing. Nearly forgot - thanks for the samples too.

Wow! I've suffered oily acne prone skin for years now. It got me so down. I tried everything. I was put on antibiotics for 4months and tried creams etc for years. I then switched my make up to a liquid mineral makeup by another brand. It worked for a while until it made my face feel like it was caked in olive oil. Thus more spots. I heard about lily Lolo years ago but never bothered. Then I thought right I've had enough! I treated myself to a selection of lily Lolo concealers, foundation, finishing powder and blusher. I wish I did this years ago! I feel lighter and flawless! This make came in bigger pots than I expected, fast delivery, and I'm surprised at how little I need to use! The oiliness is still present on my nose but no where near what it used to be. It's a dream come true. This make up will last me years and when I run out, this is where I'm getting my make up! It's natural and worth every penny! X

I just love this mineral foundation, it goes on so easy and covers all my faults so well. I am 63yr and over the years have used many make ups but not only is this the coverage but the easiest to use.

I have to say how pleased I am with the foundation match I've managed to find with warm honey. It's not at all 'orange' in colour and gives a nice healthy glow with good coverage depending on how much you use. I purchased quite a few samples to make sure I was getting the best match and I'm really glad I did. I would highly recommend getting the samples first as the colours even in the pots don't necessarily represent the true colour on the face - they blend fantastically well, so I actually got away with a slightly warmer colour which gives a good glow without looking 'fake'. I wear this with the Waikiki bronzer which is amazing - by far the best bronzer I've ever bought. I've also bought a blusher and an eye shadow and I'm thrilled to bits with them all - what a fantastic make-up range.

I've been wearing this foundation for years and I just love it, nothing compares! I have super sensitive skin and this is the only thing I've found that doesn't break me out, even when my skin is really dry and I mix it with some all natural moisturiser. The colours are perfect for my fair skin. I use porcelain in winter, china doll in summer and barely buff for bronzer/contouring.

Having tried several other mineral foundations that performed better than liquids but not quite perfect I was doubtful this would be any better. After reading reviews I was swayed into giving this a try and I am so very glad that I did. This foundation is everything I expected and hoped for. It just looks amazing on, gives superb coverage and looks so natural. This lasts too, almost to mythical lengths! I apply in the morning at about 7am and it looks exactly the same when I wash it off at night. I originally bought China Doll but this was too light, I have changed to Blondie which is perfect, I finish with the silk finishing powder and can''t believe how great my skin looks and feels. My skin is so happy wearing Lily Lolo and it really feels as though I am not wearing any make up. I''ve always been sceptical about mineral foundation. Having bad skin I doubted it would cover my blemishes and marks and thought it would leave me looking powdery and cakey. I was soooooo wrong! I love it. The brush makes it easy to apply and it gives flawless coverage (I could also build it up in areas where I needed more). And set with the flawless silk finishing powder it stayed put all day (just a tiny bit of shine on my nose in the late afternoon, that''s it). I'm really impressed!

I love this foundation. I''ve been using it for a number of years now and notice since that I very rarely get spots, just the occasional one now and again and if you use Lily Lolo concealer on it, it goes away within a day or so. This foundation gives very natural coverage and lasts for ages. It is also so versatile as you can mix it with your moisturiser or just apply it with a brush, even both if you want! It is also great for travelling as the jars are nice and compact. Overall a fantastic product.

I ordered three samples- China Doll, Blondie and Warm Peach. I just put Warm Peach on my face and I can''t make up my mind. It sort of matches my complexion but still is very light- and I honestly thought it would be too dark! Technically, I could go with it and use it, but I'm tempted to check Barley Buff and In the Buff (or whatever)- I''ve read a customer''s opinion on Amazon and she said that BB is very dark, so I'm not sure what to do. About the product: -you can build coverage without looking cakey (though I would say it''s medium not high, but I think looks fairly alright and I have some discolourations and scars on my face (post-acne) -after application, the skins is very smooth (I keep restraining myself from touching my face ;D) -I got a sample, but it looks that I can use it at least for the next week or so, which means it''s very efficient! I received my mineral foundation this morning and am absolutely delighted with it; just wish I''d discovered Lily Lolo years ago! I have blonde hair and blue eyes with a slightly rosy undertone, and chose the shade Blondie, which is perfect for me. I have several skin imperfections that needed to be addressed, and couldn''t believe that one foundation covered them all! It covered the tiny broken veins near my nose, the dark circles and fine lines under my eyes and two blemishes. The buildable coverage is excellent - all so good that I don''t even need a concealer (sorry Lily Lolo - you''re too good!) It has also stayed put all day without going shiny, which is amazing as I have oily skin (also didn''t sink into pores). So pleased - this truly is the perfect foundation :)

I am so happy to have tried LL, I have very pale skin (although not the palest, I am a china doll girl), I have sensitive skin which breaks out in cystic acne at the merest irritation. LL foundation goes on beautifully and stays looking great all working day with only a lunch time powder application needed on my v v v oily skin. It doesn''t settle I to wri kles around the eyes, and looks like naturally lovey skin. It doesn''t feel cleggy or heavy, it feels like I'm not wearing make up. I'm not going to lie and say it covers my dark circles or spots, it doesn''t, bug I don''t expect it to and that''s why I use concealer, but I get the beat foundation finish I could ask for. Prior to this discovery I was happily using Laura Mercier Silk Creme in soft ivory, which was a beautiful and non irritating foundation but cost £20 more, I get the same results from LL and know it''s kind to the earth too (plus I don''t have to leave the house to buy it). I am really pale and have been told to find a foundation pale enough for my skin I''d have to go to a mortician and ask what makeup he/she uses on dead people...people think their funny.. but I now have Lily Lolo -Porcelain foundation...it covers so well I don''t need concealer. Tried BE both in matt and original - it ''nipped'' the skin round my nose and left it red. Candy Cane is perfect for pink, medium toned celtic skin (prescriptives blue-red level 2). It has no yellow and gives a healthy glow. Please don''t add anything else - one can use separate spf products if needed. I am in my 50s, so need to moisturise well - but leave to sink in and then apply for a perfect finish and no irritation or slide.

This foundation is excellent as it evens out skintone without being too heavy. Good range of shades too. Porcelain is brilliant for very pale skin.

If you have oily skin the make up stays put all day with a little help from a primer before application and can get a little messy when shaking it out to apply. but for the price/colour/overall look.. this is by far the best make up ive ever tried (and ive tried LOADS!) plus its all ethically tried and tested What more could you ask for?!?!

Really love that you have a foundation that matches my skintone, blondie is perfect for me. But I think I have to buy the concealer aswell because it takes a while before my skin is flawless. You need to mousurize your skin before aplying the foundation if you have dry skin. WELL WORTH the money, tho. <3

Best foundation i have ever used. I have a warm golden skin with blueygreen-gold eyes and this makes me look like me but 100 better and lasts all day. You dont get that nasty make up feel like you do with other brands and leaves skin baby soft!

Best colour match I've found as I am extremely pale. It also doesn't give me spots like liquid foundation and is gentle on sensitive skin.

First tried the sample and then just had to buy a whole jar. Like these foundations because they are light and have enough coverage.

Finally I find a foundation tone suitable for my colouring - red hair, blue eyes and freckles - Candy Cane. A great range shades are available,giving good coverage at an excellent price. Very happy

This is a perfect autumnspring foundation! In winter time I use Blondie and in the summer Barely Buff.

Love the way it feels on the skin barely there, and everyone loves the look it gives me. Just the right colour for winter, in summer I use In the Buff.

A foundation pale enough that doesn't irritate or cost an arm and a leg! I have been a longtime minerals fan but finding one that fitted all the above was impossible. Not any more. Highly recommended! x

I cannot express my relief when I found this shade as I am so pale-even the palest in liquid foundations with other brands are too dark or just wrong and cakey. This looks like my skin, only perfect!!
